I just want to compliment Lizzy Nkoana from Momentum Insure for her friendliness and awesome telephone manners when answering the phone. I've spoken to her on numerous occasions and she's always the same, helpful and friendly and professional. It makes phoning Insure for queries, a pleasure, knowing that I will be transferred to the correct department first time around.
