I would like to take this opportunity to highly COMPLIMENT Lady Busisiwe Zulu for the best service offer to us by her. Few weeks back we had an accident in Polokwane and by the grace of God when we call Momentum to report for claim our call was received by Ms Busisiwe with her polite voice. She helps us with no hustle and she processed our claim professionally. She was calling every day to update us on the claim until it was paid out. We are so overwhelmed and impressed by the service received because we always thought that is a hustle to claim from insurance company but with Busisiwe in Momentum our mind set is changed.

it is very seldom in our country to receive a good service these days, but Busisiswe made it for Momentum. furthermore, we had the opportunity to speak to her line manager Ms Tukedi Pitsi who is so friendly and welcoming. It is always difficult to speak to managers of the companies during this lock down seasons but She took her time to listen to us.
