Complaint on Claim to Momentum Insure

Claim Cp484545MS unpaid fire brigade invoice I have a fire at m6 house , on 5he 28th of September 2022. The claim was accepted after the investigation by Momentum and the 1st invoice sent was for the fire brigade Fireops in October 2022. There were the first responders and to date that invoice has not been paid , numerous emails to momentum Lindiwe Nkosi , who was great at her service have now gone unanswered and invoice is unpaid. If FireOps had not responded in the time they did the whole house would have burnt. Your urgent assistance is really appreciated.
