RE: I have been waiting 3 months for a 3rd party claim to be paid out. - ref – 650*797890 The claim has been approved on the 05/11/2019 and is handled by Solls Makwena. He is currently on leave and his manager refuses to handle the case/file. I was advised that the claim was approved and is awaiting to be "Authorised" and by my understanding an offer needs to be ****. This approval was 17 days ago and conveniently both the legal advisor Solls Mokwena and his Manager Lauren Luciolo is on leave and Amos Seanego(other manager) is not taking my calls and refuses to handle the case/file.
