Complain

Ever since I logged a complain to momentum insurance regarding my vehicle, they don't make followup I call all day everyday for help but it seems like no one is willing to assist. Whenever I call they will transfer me from one line to thee other. When i finally get someone all they tell me is we will loga call or escalate you're matter. Today marks full 7days to the same story. I wonder if I'll ever get my car back and fixed properly. Please help me I've been this claim was filled in November. They said they will send their own assessor to go check my car but still they haven't send one.
