COMPLAIN AGAINST MOMENTUM INSURANCE

Complain and this is an eye opener to all South African people never to use Momentum as they are not reliable.

I should have cancelled my insurance when Alexander Forbes merge with Momentum or when momentum takes from Alexander.

Simone Naidoo is not reliable and never calls you when u need them the most. My current claim is almost 30 days on Friday and my car is still not fixed...no feedback no nothing...u have to always call and doesnt return your calls...now i have to return the courtesy car on Friday and when I call the repairer the don't know when my car will be fixed...I am so frustrated and I have a family who needs the car daily...No one is helping and I'm just depressed. When I request for executives number they are taking from pillar to post. I wish this can reach Executive...my policy number ***....my contact ***
