I was in the brink to jump ship but her friendly and prompt service, made me realise that there are still exceptional customer service out there. Unlike the first time where I had to call every week for over a month to do a follow up on my claim and escalate the matter before it got resolved, BANELE MSIZA resolved my issue within 4days.
