Company challenged

It's unfortunate that this must be done this way and it could have been resolved properly We have "paying customers" for more than 20 years and the service that we are currently not receiving or ignorance towards our request is really a shame. This pathetic non-existence service started when you "centralized" a few years ago. However, we bought a classic, well old model vehicle last weekend and from Monday we were ignored by "Irvin" not returning our emails nothing. So we decide to make contact Sarfraz (because he was helpful a previous time when we also had an issue) So to state the obvious that we would like to ensure our new gem, so the response is better than from Irvin, we get an email asking for the driver information blah blah, send it back late Tuesday afternoon.

So today(Wednesday) we receive an email stating that they need a roadworthy and valuation due to the fact that the car is old. And part of the reply states that "management" got involved Which I fully understand, however, roadworthy's are now online docs, so now actual paper any more. Then there is no one in the Western Cape that can "value" the cars' worth to ultimately insure it for the said amount. (this was said by many friends and people within the car business".

So what now? The thing that ticks me off is that they want these things but the car is not insured, who is responsible for theft? accident claims? etc. Now I must take the risk of driving around on the streets with a car that's not insured - pardon my French but fark whats the reasoning behind this?!?!?!

Send an e-mail back and say bogger off but no thank you, we don't want to insure the vehicle and we move on and take our business elsewhere, and take it to an insurance house that wants to do business.

Awaiting to see if this will be answered by "management" to resolve

Good day,

So finally this was sorted and the vehicle is added to the policy(with errors again) but at least it's insured. My question is now, why would one have to resolve to these platforms to vent their anger or frustration about issues?!?!

Read what your client is saying in their correspondence and listen to what the client is saying.

Thank you
