Have been dealing with Sue Naidoo for over a year now. I request Sue for advice to solve concerns or queries. You’ve become quite the go-to person when I need advice. You have no problem building rapport when you come in contact with work. This is a great customer service skill to possess. You’re good at obtaining first-hand customer information and using this information to improve the service. You should show the rest of us how you go about obtaining this information. You’re good at following up with the client to ensure that they are never left in the dark. You're good on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understand customers.
