Come Wear my Tear!!!

Not happy with momentum!!! For every buildings claim submitted they have always found a way to turn the damage into "WEAR and TEAR"!!!

Found that my swimming pool is leaking from within the retaining wall. One of the jet/weir pipes is causing the leak.

They sent out an assessor and the response/report was as shocking as eskoms electricity, when its on...

These assessors was at my place for no longer than 3 minutes and their report is nothing more than speculation and very different from what they told me...

"Often after the change of seasons, there is a sharp change in the temperature of the pool, and this can cause separation between the plastic fittings in the pool and the fiberglass of the pool. If this happens, or if the PVC glue holding the fittings onto the pipes fail, water escapes at those gaps which could be around the jets or around the weir. speculation at its best, my 3 year old son could've come up with this fairytale) If this is left unattended the escaping water will cause the clamps that secure the pipes onto the fittings to rust (how long does it take for stainless steel clamps to rust?), and this will cause further water loss. The pool appears (more speculation) to be leaking where the weir and jets meet the edge of the fiberglass pool. (what ******* is this?) The plastic of these fittings expands and contract at a different rate to the fiberglass of the pool and over time the gap opens up and water escapes through the gradually opening gap caused by seasonal water temperature changes. (pure speculation, imagine the audecity)

Contrary to what these 2 minute assessors told me after doing a 3 minute inspection: "It looks like the pipes within the retaining wall could've been damaged by the paving that seems to have sunk in around the jet/weir inlet/outlet."

I swear these money hungry ******s disguised as insurers will keep on robbing us blindly...

Oh and the new craze about "safety" with momentum probably refers to OUR MONEY being SAFELY on their POCKETS.

COME FIX THE PIPES!!!

I cannot believe the **** level of service from this company. The only momentum they have is to take our premiums.
I submitted this claim on 19 May 2023. After 2 service providers generated 3 reports still nothing, dololo...
The 1st service provider submitted 2 contradictory reports within the space of a week. The first report = apples and the second report = oranges. They were at my premises for all of 3 minutes but you must see these reports they generated. Never mind the spelling/grammatical error, you have to be an English teacher to understand these reports.
The 2nd service provider was at my premises on Thursday, 22 June 2023... Still no feedback nothing DOLOLO...
If this is the level of service you give your customers please count me out (+ my family and friends).
I don't know why Alexander Forbes sold us out to this bunch of scoundrels!!! Useless, and only care about our premiums that gets deducted like clockwork! Claim time, nowhere to be found, sub-par service levels and no or incorrect feedback.
Simply put you are ***! Koebaai!!!
