Cold-calling and Sms promotions
I have been plagued with promotional SMS's and Cold-calls from companies including Momentum Car & Home Insurance, bypassing the POPI Act, by claiming I agreed to adverti*****ts by third parties on websites etc. I have not signed up with Momentum for promotions and would like the company to advertise without jumping through legal loopholes to do so.
