No insurance company is perfect, but at least with MSTI you can rest assured that they will rectify whatever dissatisfaction there is within reason.<br> <br> They neglected to send the panel beater the necessary documents on time causing a delay on the repairs so they showed great service determination and extended the number of days I can use the courtesy car for and repairs were completed exactly the same day i had to return the rental.<br> <br> My car had to be fixed in Polokwane and they refunded the cost of the trip i had to make to fetch it.<br> <br> I've dealt with insurers who honestly couldn't give two ****s what you complaint is and just slap you around with policy but MSTI goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.<br> <br> Very happy customer (\,)/"
