Claudine Keppler was amazing
Claudine Keppler was amazing. She really tried her best to assist me by exploring various options for me and giving me advice on what would be beneficial for me based on my individual circumstances. I just wish there was more flexibility, but she did the best she could within the confines of what she was permitted to do.
