<p>I have a leak at my house since the four past weeks the leak is still not resolved. AFI appointed a contractrator that came three times to my house and the leak still not fixed. Alexander Forbes Isurance is just dragging its feet to fix my problem. I also losdged a complaint on the webside I was given a ref: GB-SCJ, still nobody contacted me on that complaint. My carpet is still wet and for four weeks!!! that is totally not acceptable. I have handed the matter over to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance (OSTI).</p>

AFI never contacted me since yesterday. I think they have a standard replies to hello peter posts and they dont't bother to act or contact the complainant. My room is still wet, nobody contacted me from AFI this is absurd!!
