Claims nightmare

What bull.

We are all in agreement that your vehicle was damaged, there is no dispute surrounding this. However, following the assessment done on the vehicle it was noted that all the damage can be linked to the same incident, that being, a hail storm, for which the claim was submitted. Unfortunately, we cannot pinpoint what the exact cause of the non-hail related damage was.

if you cannot pin point this why am I being held responsible

The assessor noted that there would be a lot more damage to the front of the vehicle if those damages were cause by hail. From the report, these damages seem to be as a result of stone impact, and given the state of some of our roads there is a high possibility for this. – this report coming from an assessor who got a company not on the Alexander Forbes repairer list to fix the dents- when I did inform them of this company Alexander Forbes advised me not go ahead with them. What credibility does this assessor have.
