claims don't add up

My garage door was broken into including the windows a fee items were taken. Phone AF filled in claim forms sent quotes and picture. Got told the amount I was being paid out. Got my fnb message this morning with a total LRSS than I was told that won't even cover the costs of what was ******/ broken.
