Claims department is disgusting

The worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with!! Their claims department is totally inefficient and disastrous!!! I have never received this bad service in my entire life. After calling more than 3 times in the past week with nobody picking up, I decided to write an e-mail to which nobody responded or at least acknowledged receipt, I decided again to give it a try and call them. This turned out to be the worst decision as I had to hold the phone for more that 40minutes being transferred from one person to another. Finally when someone spoke to me, they got my claim details in correct (not for the first time being asked if it is scratch and dent claim). In the middle of my conversation with this lady, the phone went dead silent but I could see the call was still active, then boom, I was again transferred to someone else!!! Their customer service is disgusting and I am definitely considering switching to another company. I feel so disrespected.
