What an unpleasant experience I have received. I put a claim end of January and still no feedback. I called numerous times I spoke to a lady in claims Palesa, she never go back to me and every time I call they tell me Palesa is the one handling my claim and yet and I leave a message for her to give me call she never does! What's so irritating is that there is no communication at all I am the one who keeps calling and gets no assistance. .
