Claims

This is by far the most terrible experience i have ever had , my mom had an accident I drove as quickly as I can to the scene as momentum was called there was no communication Whatsoever on which tow truck will assist as frustrated as we were we kept on calling for help . It's been 2 weeks no one has called to update on whats happening with the claim yet we putting our trust in this company I believe that buying insurance is buying the claims side but honestly out of 10 if I had to rate this company it would be 0 the service delivery is very poor you call in and waste your time for nothing no information nothing I regret having to recommend this company to friends
