Claiming your own money from Alexander Forbes Insurance ... Sucks !

Hi,

I have put in my RA claim over 2 months now. My last working day was 30 September 2018.

I have called everyday for three weeks now with absolutely no feedback for Alexandra Forbes and nothing positive for a resolution date neither a single communication back from Alexandrea Forbes.

I keep getting the same response for three weeks now that there is a divorce flagged on my profile. My divorce was 2 years ago and all matters were finalised with corrospondanses from the divorce team over a year ago. Please look at your own records.

What is the holdup? I have sent a compliant email yesterday the admin as well as an email to customer service ... wow still no replies.

Of my -+ 30 phone calls 3 of them I held for 25minutes while the operator was 'Checking their records' ... and then was cut off.
