CLAIM STATUS

Motorbike accident was registered to MT***4 - there was no confirmation on the claim detail sms, e-mailed or confirmed telephonically - after daily calls to the insurance explaining the accident to, Eathon, Oratile, Ellen, Dumasani, Zanelle, Colleen and Jessica I was informed that Roxcal will be the person i need to mail for confirmation of the claim - the Assessors already submitted their findings and the motorcycle was already at an approved panel beater. Today after another 39min on hold transfer disaster I am no closer in the status of the claim. This is the worst case ever to live through from hospital to SAPS to calling in and getting no assistance - again hospital and again calling - I called about 3 - 4 times a day - some of the consultants even recognize me without having to again explained the story but no confirmation are ever relayed as to the status of the claim.
