Claim processing efficiency

I had an unfortunate two months?. Firstly, in March the gate motor at my son school malfunctioned and the gate closed in on my car. Secondly I was involved in an accident on Thursday, 16 April . I called Alexander Forbes Insurance emergency line. Robin answered the phone and immediately reassured me that I will get every assistant I need to ensure that I was ok. She asked if I was ok, if I needed medical attention, The tow truck was on the scene within 20 minutes. She kept me in the loop every 5 minutes regarding which towing company will tow my car, where my car will be towed to. She even connected me to Alexander Forbes insurance after she was satisfied that all was well. My claim was processed same day! Now my courtesy car is ready for me to pick up on Monday! I should have moved to Alexander Forbes Insurance many years ago if I had known how efficient and caring the team is!! My short stay with Alexandra Forbes Insurance has been a pleasant one. At this rate I'm sure I am guaranteed many years of outstanding service. Keep it up Team!!!
