Claim Process and customer service

I put in a claim or my vehicle on the 5th of May 2016. Just for a small fender bender. Zanele Mtshli was suppose to be my consultant. i received the claim number and waited.... She never phoned after weeks of waiting and phone calls never returned and waiting 15 minutes on the phone I was informed that there was never an inspection done on the the vehicle and that the excess is R 10 000. The quote is just over R 10 000. I informed Zanele that the lady who sold me the policy informd me that she would be arranging for the inspection on the vehicles.. Where as I sent her all the relevant documentation.... and after a week nothing... after another week I contacted her manager Elsie Mahlangu cause Zanele wasn't giving me any info about my claim. Where Elsie informed me to send all the documentation to her. After another week passed and no feedback I phoned Elsie where she informed me that the issues was resolved and i was a branch error and they will rectify, bringing the excess down. Another week passed and no feedback if the vehicle can be fixed or not. Another 15min waitining phone call to Elsie who was not there. Zanele who did not want to talk to me and Lerato who told me that the excess will be waived to null... what good news!!! But wait they will catch you! Cause later the afternoon I receive an mail from Zanele that it was a mistake and there is now again a excess. Seems like the people woring there need training on customer satisfation and learn not to over promise and under deliver.
