Claim Number 178/734961 - paid to incorrect person after a year and no response to a way forward from Alex Forbes

I believed that Alexander Forbes was a trust worthy honest company with great customer service. However I must express my disgust with the service we received so far. This is a result of Wanda and Zanele purely ignoring the mails sent to them from Alex Forbes client Mr P Venter that is part of this email trail attached. There was multiple back and forth issues with Alex Forbes where documents that was requested was sent through by us but was apparently missed on their end. I do know that your calls are recorded, so Alex Forbes are welcome to review the calls to check that there was multiple follow ups where we were finally advised that the documents were in your possession and that you were going to complete the claim. Fast forward yet again after multiple follow ups from our side, where we were then advised that the claim has been paid out BUT TO SOMEONE TOTALLY different. YOUR client sent you the mail on the 18th September 2019 at 10:55am to confirm our no payment issue with no response from you. More follow up emails were sent to Wanda Ferreira and Zanele Mtshaliza were they are aware of the problem but fail to even respond to emails now.
