claim not settled in 4 months now

Car has been in accedent they towed it from my house to northern cape pannelbeaters they where instruckted to quote and report if engine was damage they gave qoute of bumper and grill and sump is damadged they checked engine and phoned me sayi g engine fine going to do rest of work it will take four days the day I had to receive my car pannel beaters pho ed me telling something wrong with turbo. They cant work on it have to send to volkswagon. Car came there they reported that the enging and turbo is damadged. They assesor then quickly said no its my own fault that I drove the car without oil. Then I made a complaint that they must get a second opinion of what happend they got the wrong report and asked for the wright report and that is been now almost 3 weeks no feedback what so ever <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum to Momentum Short-Term Insurance by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
