Claim not paid in full
I have a solar geyser that is insured for R20 000 at Momentum and I confirmed with them that whatever part breaks down on it the full system will be covered not only specific parts and now that I claim they just pay the part that is broken for R11000 and I have to cover the rest of the bill to replace the exact system
