Need my car window fixed, called in phone killed in my ear, you guys are happy to take me money every month but when it comes time to fix things you can't be reached. Phone me asap to resolve or I'll move my whole portfolio to another insurer!

I've now spoken to karabo and katlego, both were unhelpful and just deferred the problem. I need to speak to someone who has a few braincells to make a plan.
