Claim not being attended to

In July a client of Alexander Forbes, Mr Jan Van Skalkwyk (+***8 ) hit my car and damaged it. We did all the necessary things from reporting it by the police, I submitted all the documents he said the insurance needed and I even went to get quotes as they requested. Claim #778-530-105 but till today I have not heard a word from Alexander Forbes, I have been calling every week to find out what is going on and I was told the person in charge of the claim is T. Mkhabela.....every time I call his office I have been given one excuse after another and that he will call me back.....For countless calls I have been told he is on lunch, in a course, etc etc. I have sent him countless emails and he has not even rep**** not even one. The client Mr Jan has told me it's not his problem anymore. I must see myself out with Alexander Forbes cause he isn't part of this whole thing yet he damaged my car. Now I'm left with a client who isn't willing to help me and his insurance not willing to step up to.
