Claim finalisation

Many thanks to Basetsana Khalo for finalisng my claim within 24 hours of assuming responsibility when it took almost a week to resolve the matter. Its consultants like her that goes an extra mile in putting the clients at the centre/ focal point of the business thereby ensure retention of clients that would have considered other competitors.
