Claim Experience

Despite, the initial denial of the existence of my policy and the coverage of my vehicle the day of my accident, Mbavhalelo Netshisaulu has been honest, empathetic and remorseful (though not necessary) for her companies antics with regards my claim.. She has, dare I say (despite a short tenure with the company) saved them face. I could be more curt and disgruntled in my review but my interaction with her kept me calm and engaged.
