Claim denied due to wording

Last Thurs night torsion springs in my garage broke and my wife was stranded outside. On Fri called technician to repair then called MSTI they said they cover it only to claim on Mon then Tues submitted docs. Later the claim was denied because of the wording on the report. Im not so sure about this insurance, I think it was better when it was ALEXANDRA FORBES INSURANCE
