claim denied

My claim was deny because i was driving with a few friends who where drinking in my car. now i am accused of driving under the influence of alcohol even though the investigator does not have proof of that. I am disappointed with the outcome of my claim. to think last month i just got a life insurance with this company think i will grow with it. Thanks god now i know how momentum operate. trying by all means to avoid paying claims,on top of that i am still waiting for my car to be towed back to my house since the insurance can not help to fix it.
