My family and I would offer our appreciation for the way that you handled our insurance claim following our fatal car accident last month. I am writing to thank Dumisani N****eni on the swift and efficient way he handled our claim. I was very impressed with his professionalism and humanity. The apprehension and loss we felt whilst making the claim was totally diminished by well trained handling of this claim.
