My Bmw engine was damaged by water after a heavy storm whilst driving in March. I battled to have a comprehensive report from Net Assess. They used wrong quotation that had very clear wrong figures, engaging them was very difficult, the only thing they wanted was writing off my vehicle.<br> <br> My car was written off and it was a painful period until Amos Mashingo's name popped up on one of the emails I was receiving from Momentum. I engaged with Amos with an option for me to get back my car as papers were already prepared for it to be auctioned at SMD. According to the insurance policy when they write off the car it will go to SMD and I would go and bid with the public if I wanted the salvage and there is no Owner first option.<br> <br> Amos took it up with Momentum management and they gave me my car to fix it on my own.I really appreciate Amos going the extra mile and he had all the patience to listen to me over the phone the reason why I wanted my car back.<br> <br> Amos you are a professional and your service is great.!
