I had an accident on the 13 of June in Hibberdene and my car was towed to Margate , I requested it to be transported back to dbn and repairs to be done in dbn and thats became a mission of which I ended up agreeing to repairs being done by JL Panelbeaters in Margate because 1 and half weeks had passed my car lying around in a yard with no progress. Courtesy car is due to go back on Saturday and I Tried to request for an extension atleast for a week to Dhesan Pillay who did not even try to reason with me but told me that they cannot renew anymore since its not their fault that parts are not available , I have tried to communicate with the Panelbeater and the dealer regarding the delivery date of the Part and no one has any idea of when the part will be delivered.Its not fair that I have to suffer because of unavailable parts while I pay premium every month ,On Saturday they will be deducting their premium while I don't even have a car to go to work .<br>
