Claim authorized within 24hours

<p>Morning All </p> <p> </p> <p>just want to pass a word of gratitude to a momentum consultant by the name of Ntakadzeni Netshisaulu ( TK ), I submitted a claim with her on the 19.12.2016 claim number CP060776 the assessor was appointed immediately, short after that I was called by the assessor to book my vehicle in for assessment, vehicle was taken the following day at 08h00am at Great south autobody assessed by Gerry from net assess , same day afternoon the report was received and she forwarded the report to me after that an email was received from TK to confirm if I am happy with the quote and if it can be authorized , as I am drafting this compliment my claim is authorized, I have a book in date with the repairer everything just went smooth I was never in the dark with regards to my claim, consultant like her are very rare always down, willing to assist and listen, every consultant I spoke to that department are very s****ed and helpfull putting client first and that's what I always say though your company does not advertize much in media but Momentum is the best short term insurance I ever dealt with really happy to be part of such a great insurance and appreciate everything you did for my family and I will keep on reffering new to you Guys because of the exceptional service you always give me when I am in need and also like to thank Gugulethu his also the best, Thank you so much for what u did for me and my family Thank you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards . </p> <p>L and M mokoena </p>
