Claim Application

On the 16th of december 2015 at about 23H00 i was on my way home from church at Pharare . I come across an accident whereby i hit a person on R36 Tzaneen Road . I reported the matter to the police and momentum as well . Claim No CP033461 was allocated to me after i have reported the matter to momentum . Claim Invistigator Mr Ray Govender contacted me and also email me to inform me about our meeting . on the 15 January 2016 i met with Mr Ray Govender claim invistigator from momentum , Mr Ray Govender requested an accident report and other necessary document . He then took me to the accident scene , he also took me to Trans Letaba where the vihicle was booked after the assesment . He then assess the car himself . He also conducted an interview with me , lot of question has been ask so that he may understand accident situation . I realise momentum they care about thier client and the invistigator himself Mr Ray Govender he knows how to treat momentum client . I will continue to do business with momentum . Mr Govender thank you once again , stay on top of your Game .
