Formally a happy Alexander Forbes client recently learnt I've now been dumped with Momentum Insurance. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle was written off. My claim was submitted on the 1st of November I did everything they asked of me from paperwork to interviews you name it. Today is the 26th and they're giving me the run around in terms of settling my claim every time i contact the claims department the consultant that had assisted me initially is never available and whom ever I speak to regarding my funds being paid out say it should be in your account today tomorrow that was 4 days ago. This is ridiculous I signed up with Alexander Forbes initially because of their reputation of not ******ing around their clients.
