I would like to rate the service I have received from Ms. Samela Phahlane, her service was excellent, she has patience and great customers service skills, in the mids of many obstacles she remained calm at all times gave feedback, and tried her utmost best to make sure that the claim was handled correctly, even though it took longer than normal because of certain obstacles but Thank you Samela we really appreciate your consistency through this tedious process.
