Recently I experienced exceptional services during my interaction with Charlene Molefi over the past few weeks with my concerns, queries and understanding of a new business policy taken with Momentum. Service is expected yet it is not often we can say we receive such, she has gone the extra mile and made sure all my queries and concerns were answered promptly and efficiently. I had my doubts initially, however with the way in which Charlene assisted, I have no doubt that the choice with moving over to Momentum, creating peace of mind was the right one, in this I’d like to say Thank you.
