Cellphone claim

I lost my phone over the weekend and I was sure that my claim would be entertained as it was added two months earlier.

To my surprise Mandisa Mdudo from claims answered my questions and gave me advice on how to submit the claim and what was required she processed it within a couple hours and settled my claim without delays.

I am so pleased with the results of my claim and was surprised how quickly it was settled.
