Cell phone insurance claim
I have to commend Alexander Forbes on how quickly they resolved my cell phone insurance claim! I lodged my claim on Wednesday and emailed my damage report on the same day. Today (Friday) the quoted amount was deposited into my account. I have never had such a hassle free experience with all my other insurers. I am in disbelief as to how seamless and stress free the whole process was. Thank you Alexander Forbes!!
