Car repaired, parts missing

<p>I had a bumper bashing incident last year. Despite Forbes taking ages to sort my car out, requiring me to make many calls just to get feedback, I was letting it slip. That was until I was called and told that my car was ready. I arrived at the panelbeaters to find that the windows are not working, when they worked just fine before it went in. The panelbeater refused responsibility, until they miraculously swapped a misplaced fuse and the windows worked. Miraculously, again, the lock bolt on the rear left wheel went missing. The panelbeater again refuses responsibility, even though it went missing in their care. I spoke to Forbes and they asked that I give them a few days to get back to me. It has been two weeks, and nothing. My emails are not responded to by Kerry, the lady that is supposed to assist me. I am really gatvol with Forbes not taking me seriously, meanwhile my car is missing a wheel bolt, which requires a new set from the manufacturer. Forbes just isn't good enough.</p>
