Car not de registered off my name

I sit with a problem. My car was written of beyond economical repair and I got paid out. Now the car is fixed and back on the road with a new registration and another driver. Now I'm getting traffic fines. Momentum was supposed to de register the car off my name. The call centre can't help me. What now?
