Car Insurance

I am rather dissappointed with Momentum short term insurance, i was told i could insure my older car with momentum without going for an assessment. One of the criteria's was to insure my older car when i move insurance houses. I called momentum and was told that i could insure the car and rims and tyres. I left my previous insurance that i had been with for 20 years and moved to Momentum. Once taken on and given notice to the old insurance company I am told i have to assess my car. This should never be the case as i was clearly told that i did not need to do this. It is sad that a huge company like Momentum cannot live up to their sales pitch. What a waste. Disappointed I cannot insure my older car. Momentum needs to sort this out or I will go to the Ombudsman
