When one goes through a traumatic experience such as a car accident, a lot goes through your mind. It is very difficult to go through the process alone and you find yourself constantly in communication with your insurance company. The man was very thorough when doing his job and yet he was never argumentative. He updated and advised me to be calm through the whole process, a real professional.
