Car Insurance Claim not processed

Worst Car insurance ever!!! I was in a car accident 2 months and I had hoped that my claim will be processed smoothly without any hassles, only after 2 months I only learnt that my car is not yet fixed and they took their courtesy car leaving me to pay for their premiums every month but my car still hasn't been fixed and is sitting at the Panel beater. They have nonsensical service and they are very dody with their dealings
