Car Hire expired and my car is still not fixed

I was given car hire for 30 days after the 30 days the car is still not fixed by Ben s Panel beaters due to parts delivery delay by VW, I called Momentum and asked what must I do now whilst i wait for the parts and I was told it is now out of their hands and they cant help me. I thought I paid for car hire to have a car whilst my car is being fixed because there is nothing i can do to make VW deliver parts, but unfortunately that is not the case.
