Cancellation with ease

I wanted to cancel my insurance and usually with other insurance companies they transfer me from one department to the next and I spend at least 10 minutes on the call just traying to cancel. I was pleasantly surprised that Tawfeeq Saint from Momentum did the cancellation in under 2 minutes and was able to provide me with documentation of the cancellation. Tawfeeq Saint's customer service was professional and of a high stand, I really do wish all companies would train their staff like this and allow them to resolve the customers request with ease.
