Cancellation and Refund

I made a quotation with Alexander Forbes and the lady by the of Mahapa assisted me. Later another lady by the name of Unity Mahapa sent me a contract and I went through it. I decided not to take it because my current insurance made me a better offer so I decided continue with it. I sent an email to Unity Mahapa telling her that I'm not going to take their insurance anymore and she must make sure that they don't deduct any money from my account. To my surprise they went ahead and deduct the premium and when asked they are sending me from pillar to post and giving me wrong numbers to call. Nobody wants to take responsibility. <br> <br> I want them to refund me in full and I made it clear that I'm not taking their Insurance.
